Our position
TikFlicker doesn't host, store, or distribute video files - it streams content directly from TikTok's own servers at the moment a user requests it. If you believe your copyrighted work is being misused through this service, we take that seriously and will review any report.
How to submit a takedown request
Email support@tikflicker.comwith the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request" and include:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work you believe is being infringed
- The specific TikTok URL(s) involved
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens next
We review valid requests and respond within 5-7 business days. Because we don't store video files ourselves, addressing content at the source generally means working with TikTok directly (via their own reporting tools) - but we'll look into misuse of this specific service on our end.
Counter-notification
If you believe a request against you was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address with an explanation and your contact information.
