What this service does

TikFlicker lets you fetch a direct download link for a public TikTok video by pasting its URL. We don't host, store, or re-distribute any video ourselves - each request resolves the video's current location on TikTok's own servers at the moment you ask for it, and the file is streamed to you directly.

Your responsibility for what you download

You're responsible for how you use anything you download here. Don't download, reuse, or redistribute a video unless you own it, have the creator's permission, or your use otherwise qualifies under applicable copyright law (such as fair use/fair dealing) in your jurisdiction. TikTok's own Terms of Service place restrictions on downloading content from its platform - using this tool doesn't exempt you from those restrictions, and we can't make that determination for you.

No guarantee of availability

TikTok periodically changes how its videos are served, which can cause extraction to fail or behave inconsistently until we update accordingly. We don't guarantee this service will always work for every video, and we're not responsible for videos that are private, deleted, region-restricted, or otherwise unavailable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service to:

• Automate bulk scraping or abuse the API beyond normal, individual use
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Download or distribute content that infringes someone else's rights
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

Copyright / takedown requests

If you're a rights holder and believe this tool is being used to infringe your copyright, contact us and we'll review the request. Because we don't store video files ourselves, addressing a specific piece of content generally means working with TikTok directly, but we're glad to look into misuse of this service.

No warranty

This service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of it.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
